Indulge in crisp Clare Valley Rieslings paired perfectly with salty, rich Australian oysters, alongside a tempting selection of tapas-style bites—all enjoyed with your favourite Knappstein wines.

Our menu showcases handcrafted flavours, including handmade pork or shiitake mushroom dumplings with spring onion, fresh chilli and soy; creamy burrata with smoked tomatoes, roasted pepper and grilled sourdough; and generous grazing plates featuring house-made duck, star anise and Shiraz pâté, pickles, cured meats and sourdough. Fresh and baked oysters round out the experience, celebrating the ultimate wine and seafood pairing.

Chloe Gill, an independent folk/country rock & blues artist based in Newcastle, Australia, proudly announces the release of her debut album, I Have a Habit of Dreaming, with a show at Knappstein
Wines. Chloe Gill moves between folk rock, country, blues, pop and indie rock, the record draws these threads
together into a sound that's unmistakably her own, anchored by her distinctive voice. Chloe draws on the sonic spirit of artists such as Gang of Youths, John Mayer, Imogen Heap, Missy Higgins and Jeff Buckley, while carving out a style that feels personal to her.

Kate is an entirely self-taught artist with a deep appreciation for Australian flora and fauna. She draws inspiration for her art works from Australia's unique plants and animals, combined with her lifelong passion for wildlife. Born in Canberra, Kate is now based in Balaklava SA, creating from a fantastic studio space.

Growing up with parents who were both botanists, Kate developed a deep appreciation and connection to the beauty and intricacies of native plants and animals. This combined with her love for animals and art has led her to uniquely capture the personalities and beauty of Australia's wildlife.

Kate specialises in fine ceramic art and detailed acrylic paintings, winning numerous awards and exhibitions all over Australia. This being her first exhibition of her acrylic paintings, Kate looks forward to and continuing to expand and explore different techniques of form and expression to deliver vibrant images filled with vivid colour which capture the unique personality of each individual subject.

Born in 1966, Michele Charvetto grew up in Semaphore Park, 5 minutes from the beach, West Lakes and the Port River.
At age 15, she was accepted early to The Adelaide School of Art, on the merits of her pencil sketches; however, she never attended. At the age of 40, after an illness, Michele finally picked up a paintbrush and, with no prior training, had her first exhibition later that year.

In 2010, Michele moved to a 105-acre property of pristine bushland at Foul Bay on the southern end of the Yorke Peninsula, where they lived off-grid for eight years. It was both beautiful and harsh.
Mostly alone but never lonely, surrounded by plenty of wildlife, sometimes not seeing another human for 3-4 weeks. This is where Michele honed her craft and sold her work through several local galleries.
