The transparency of the grape is shown in its purest form here. Wet slate and mineral effervescence are tempting upfront, providing a passage for the scent of lime flowers and hints of crushed coriander to enter. The palate is pure elegance. Classic lines of acidity leave the palate cleansed. Definition and flavour are at the core, however accomplished with a deft touch of uttermost elegance, ethereal in nature.

Growing Conditions

It was an early start to vintage, due to warmer and drier than average conditions. The first white grapes were picked in late January, with the last of the reds in the winery by the first week of March. Some challenging conditions, however with the hard work by both vineyard and winery teams, we saw some excellent potential from harvested fruit. An exciting vintage to watch closely for good ageing potential.
