Tasting Notes

Citrus aromas concentrate the nose with exceptional power. White peach and pear come through, attesting further to the strength of the fruit. Flavours run deep through the palate, with uncompromising acid providing backbone, structure, and length. Careful cellaring and patience will reward with graceful ageing.

Growing Conditions

A wet spring with record November rain saw full dams and soil moisture making for a positive start to the growing season. Cool conditions during December and January porvided long steady ripening conditions, perfect for developing a combination of fruit flavour.
